Hello, My name is Jerey McKinney. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have had the privilege of walking along side of people as they navigate life in the following areas of practice (Foster care, Adoption Preservation, Early Intervention, Substance use counseling, community mental health, higher education administration - School of Social work at ISU, private practice therapist). I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults with a focus on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, peer concerns, identity and so much more. Meeting my clients where they are at with a realistic, strength-based and solution focused approach has been very helpful to the individuals whom I have worked with. I believe that therapy is a relationship, and that you are the expert of you. My job is to enhance what is already present.
