Introduction

Hello, My name is Jeremy Yardas and I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. I understand that seeking counseling can be a difficult task and that treatment must be tailored for each individual. I tend to use a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, solution focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, anger management, men’s issues, life stressors, self-esteem concerns, grief, and mood disorders. I aspire to empower clients and I provide individualized and compassionate treatment. The therapy approaches used have been instrumental in helping clients to achieve their goals, create more balance in daily living, and has helped to create more stability in relationships and families. I look forward to working with you!
