Introduction

Hey! I'm Jeremy, a licensed Marriage & Family therapist. I specialize in working with couples and families. I also have a specialty in sports performance. I studied psychology at the University of Minnesota, and got my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Marquette University. I then got my postgraduate degree from the Family Therapy Training Institute where I exclusively studied couples and family therapy. In addition to that specified training, I also have worked in higher education as an Instructor, Director of Student Athlete Mental Wellness, and as a coach of highly successful teams. Doing therapy, coaching, and teaching have helped me to work with many different people in many different settings, all while promoting health and mental well-being. I look forward to hearing from you how we can work together to make your life happier and healthier.
