Most people’s goal is to live a rich and meaningful life, doing the things they love to do, and being present with the people that matter most. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done when dealing with all of life’s stresses and the painful thoughts and emotions that accompany them. I am committed to helping you develop the tools and skills you need to be your best and live the life you want now instead of later, regardless of what life is throwing at you. This is done by getting clear on your values and the life you want to live, and the behaviors you need to adopt to get there. Having extensive training in sports and performance psychology and being a former D1 collegiate athlete, I specialize in sports and performance-related issues, but also enjoy helping individuals with general mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment issues, anger, intrusive thoughts, ADHD, and spiritual challenges. I also enjoy working with couples on building trust and communication, resolving conflicts, and recovering from infidelity.
