Jeremy Miller, MSW, LISW-S, LICDC-CS, is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in mental health and substance use disorders treatment across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland (now Loyola University Maryland) and his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, specializing in interpersonal practice and mental health. With over a decade in the field, Jeremy has held diverse roles, from case manager to department director, within a prominent mental health agency in Toledo, OH. He has established robust partnerships with key community resources, facilitating streamlined access to services and providing clinical supervision to emerging professionals. Jeremy's expertise extends beyond outpatient care; he has spearheaded the launch of residential treatment facilities, revitalized subacute detox centers, and managed independent recovery housing complexes. These experiences honed his skills in budgeting, program evaluation, policy development, and human resource management. In his administrative capacities, including department and agency leadership, Jeremy has demonstrated adeptness in navigating complex organizational landscapes. He currently serves as the clinical lead for a multi-facility organization in Ohio and operates a private practice alongside Jeremy K Miller Consulting, LLC, where he leverages his extensive background to enhance mental health and substance use facilities across the state. Jeremy's commitment to the field is exemplified by his service on the Board of Trustees at NAMI, including a term as President, and his recognition as the 2021 Alcohol and Other Drugs Professional of the Year by the Lucas County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board.
