Therapy is not only for when things are "going wrong," but also, to prevent things from "going wrong." My goal is to see you whole. To do so, I take an eclectic approach to therapy with evidence-based models such as The Gottman Method and CBT, but also, other traditional forms of marriage and family therapy. Throughout our sessions, we will explore and learn more about what makes you, you, and how to accomplish long-lasting growth and change.
