Drawing from a foundation of psychodynamic understanding, attachment theory, and parts work, I support you in making sense of your inner world with greater compassion and clarity. Together, we uncover the underlying needs and emotional truths that have been carried for so long, and we nurture your capacity to live with more freedom, authenticity, and self-trust.
