I offer empathic and reflective therapy for individuals, couples and families in search of insight, healing, change and growth. I believe the goal of counseling should be the honest and authentic exploration of our personal life experiences and our emotional realities with the result being greater self-awareness, self acceptance and self actualization. My approach to therapy is broad-based and firmly grounded in existential-humanistic learning as well as systems theory. I have a strong belief in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship so I strive to create a space of trust, safety and mutual respect.
