I believe therapy is a gift to yourself and everyone deserves a compassionate and accepting space to be heard. I provide support and guidance for a variety of life’s challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and relationship issues. My approach to healing is tailored to each individual I work with. While I primarily work from a psychodynamic framework, I often implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my practice. I take a holistic approach to healing and value mindfulness-based interventions. I’m here to hold space for you, through the good and the bad.
