Introduction

My name is Jenny Reilly and I am a therapist with Elmwood Mental Health Partners. I started working in the mental health field in 2010 in a psychosocial vocational rehabilitation program. This was followed by many years in a community mental health clinic before I transitioned to be an EAP counselor with Preferred EAP. I am so blessed to currently be living out my dream of being a partner in a group practice with some excellent colleagues I have met along the way. I believe that more than the actual stressors, a person's underlying belief about themselves and their situation is what causes the most distress. By providing an environment of warmth and acceptance, we can partner to identify these beliefs. I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic strategies and specialize in working with health care professionals and women's issues. I have worked with most issues including anxiety, depression, insomnia, burn out, life changes, grief, relationship issues, etc.
