Introduction

My life goal has always been to help others find meaningful ways of living; from leading youth and military programs to teaching community yoga. I strive to help individuals and families not only heal, but connect and thrive. I have been involved in the helping arena in multiple ways throughout my life; and becoming a therapist has been one more way that I can make a difference. My goal is to provide you with hope, and a safe space to heal and grow within the context of your unique life situation. I specialize in individual & family therapy, sexual assault/ trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, parenting and working with teens. Let’s partner together to find energy, fulfillment and joy in all aspects of your life. I provide a safe, holistic and inclusive space to assist in healing through multiple therapeutic modalities based on your experiences and needs.
