Introduction
I currently offer telehealth and limited in-person sessions, in California and specialize in treating OCD, trauma, anxiety, adjustment, and depression. I also work with adult families with the goal to support family members in identifying negative patterns, moving toward secure interactions, establishing/strengthening connections, and improving their dynamics with each other. I have lived and worked in multiple countries with a wide range of people over the past 20+ years, giving me a unique perspective on culturally sensitive, decolonized therapy. I have specialized training and experience in providing services using e.g., CBT, ACT, and DBT; Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD; Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, and IFS (Parts work) for working with trauma; Emotion-focused Family Therapy for Families. I have worked in multiple settings with a specialty in dual diagnosis, and supporting families. You will be met with an empathetic, down-to-earth, and authentic approach suited to your needs.
