I have over 7 years of experience working with teens, adults and couples on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, communication, rebuilding trust in relationships, and more. Some of the therapy approaches I draw from are cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, art-informed techniques (for teens) and Gottman (for couples). Yet I believe that the greatest tools I possess as a therapist are compassion and a listening ear.
