Life happens, and sometimes it can be totally overwhelming. Therapy is about supporting you through this life. I hear your story, and guide you through, using your strengths, and noticing the ways your past is affecting your present. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as CBT, IFS, and other therapeutic methods individualized for each client. I specialize in helping people with ongoing issues that hinder their daily life. I have worked in the therapy field since 2001 with children, teens, families, and professionals, both in hospital based and outpatient healthcare, and since 2017 in private practice. My focus now is helping teens and adults in office, in nature based walk-talk, and via teletherapy. I am an ally for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. I welcome potential new clients to contact me and set up a free fifteen minute telehealth consultation. Brief consultations are a great way to determine if I am the best therapist to meet your needs.
