I understand taking the leap in beginning therapy can be a difficult and intimidating step but I believe therapy is one of the greatest forms of self-care particularly in times when we lose clarity in our life and need assistance. Change is inevitable and can be scary but we can progress and grow most when we feel consistently safe and supported. As your therapist I will walk alongside you as my client to meet you where you are at mentally and emotionally. I will create a safe space to listen, to validate and to support you so together we find what is needed for the next chapter in your, your child’s, or your family’s life. I am eager to help you and yours navigate the dilemmas you may be facing.
