Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor who enjoys helping my clients gain awareness of what is already working in their lives and what patterns and habits have become outdated or self-defeating. A situation, problem or symptom that appears unworkable or overwhelming can offer the key to its own healing when held with gentle, inquisitive attention. I am particularly touched and inspired by helping clients navigate life's big changes and challenges, such as the death of loved one, their own end of life journey, care giving and serious/chronic illness and pain, as well as other major transitions/losses.
