Growing up as a child of Immigrant parents, I remember struggling to understand the complexity of my identities and the intersectionalities that it encompasses such as gender roles, culture, and navigating relationships. I think about what it would be like to have a support and someone who can understand to some degree the cultural and environmental nuances in growing up in an Immigrant Household. I specialize in working with identity and intersectionality. I help my clients gain a better sense of themselves by practicing self-awareness and compassion through their exploration of identities. I support them in recognizing their narratives they've developed from experiences, and in turn; support them in creating more confident versions of themselves. I'm licensed in both New York and Colorado. I work with interracial/ intercultural couples and individuals. I also offer supervision with those who hold MFT licenses.
