It wasn’t easy getting here, but you’re here and you’re ready to make a change. You have inside, the ability to re-build, to move away from the old way of thinking – those old stories – that are not your words, and to create new connections. I am here to listen to your story and strive to create a space where you’re able to talk freely about your fears, worries, struggles, relationships, past pain, and to truly be heard. I work from a supportive, relational, empathic perspective. My approach includes, but is not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and from a neurologically informed/attachment based focus.
