Hi, I’m Jen. I’m a psychotherapist, clinical consultant and teacher. My areas of specialization include perinatal mental health, "quarterlife" transitions, parenting challenges, recovering from trauma and burnout, and eating disorders. As a psychotherapist, I am committed to helping you reach your most fulfilling life. My style is warm, collaborative and genuine. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, and developmental theories, with an emphasis on social justice and trauma-informed care. Together, we will identify your goals, build upon your strengths, and explore the feelings, beliefs and obstacles that hold you back. Using both reflective exploration and pragmatic problem-solving, I help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the tools to make the changes you desire.
