Introduction

Are you tired of going through the motions of each day as if things are, okay? I can help you discover the version of yourself that you want to be- because that's who's opinion matters most, right? I thrive on being authentic and transparent with each client I work with on their path of healing and discovery. I love empowering others! My various approaches to treatment are based on what will best fit you in how you view life and the responses to your experiences. Therapy is not "one size fits all" and I acknowledge each individuals' specific needs in my interventions. I work with most age groups, individuals, couples, and families. I have obtained my Master's degree from Kansas State University. You may find me on K-State's campus, as I am currently completing my Doctorate degree. I also assist as an EMDR therapist working with clients in a study focusing on moderate to severe depression. Clients can also discuss their need for Emotional Support Animals, as I have taken training to better understand the impact of Human-Animal Bonds.
