Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Massachusetts. I have 10 years of experience providing therapeutic care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with individuals who are struggling with complex trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders as well as families and couples who struggle with communication and conflict resolution. I have completed my Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology at Assumption College with a focus in children and families. I utilize eclectic therapy in order to best meet the needs of the individuals and families I work with. I have strong experience in person centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am strength based and emotionally focused in my treatment approach. First and foremost, I seek to establish a strong rapport with the individuals and families I work with. My collaborative and empathic approach will assist you in identifying your needs and building your strengths in order to meet your treatment goals.
