I’m a therapist who specializes in helping people develop a better relationship with themselves, helping people transform into the author of their own stories, and helping people respond to challenges with intention and purpose. I work with men and women age 14 + who are exploring the meaning of their lives and who want to develop healthy ways of managing distress, successfully navigating change and creating opportunity for self-discovery. While integrating your core values with a trauma-informed and strength-based approach, I utilize combinations of therapies to best suit your needs including Psychodynamic theory, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. We all need a listening ear and support from time to time. Your mental health matters. If you have found something here of interest to you, please contact me for a free consultation to determine an appropriate path for you. I look forward to hearing your story and exploring how we might best work together to accomplish your goals. Clients are typically seen in person in Sisters Monday through Thursday. Most telehealth sessions are scheduled on Fridays or the occasional weekday morning. I can provide services as a participating provider on the following networks for PacificSource commercial plans: Navigator, Voyager, Smartchoice, Smartalliance and Billings Clinic Employee Health Plan. Additionally, I am contracted with OHP, Providence, United, Optum & Aetna, and work as well with Canopy and Spring Health EAP programs in Oregon. Check with your insurance provider to confirm your particular benefits and coverage for services.
