I provide weekly therapy sessions where we work together to explore patterns of behavior, symptoms, relationships, and anything else that is important to you in your life – both past and present. I believe that some of the most powerful tools in life are self-awareness and self-understanding. Oftentimes, learning more about ourselves can help us practice more self-compassion rather than continuing to shame ourselves in a world that is already difficult. I use a variety of approaches, including mindful self-compassion, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT to create a space that allows you to heal and grow. I work best with clients who are committed to therapy sessions at least once a week. This creates consistency for you and it allows us the time to do this transformative work together.
