Introduction

My goal is to provide clients with the space to explore and express themselves and their life experiences without fear of judgement or criticism. I believe that every client is capable of successfully navigating their way through life, and that my job is to support them on their journey. Though I lean toward a Narrative and Existential approach to counseling, I use a combination of techniques tailored to clients in order to provide each client with support and unconditional positive regard.
