Open Minds Counseling is a women owned counseling practice established in 2022. Located in Durham Ct. Serving clients in all of Connecticut via telehealth and in-person services. Our Mission At Open Minds Counseling, our mission is to empower clients through trauma-informed care, fostering healing and guiding them on a journey towards authentic living. Committed to providing ethical, effective, and authentic care, we support clients in self-actualization, enabling them to manifest a life aligned with their truest selves.
