Introduction

When choosing a therapist, it is important to find someone with whom you can experience a sense of safety and support. I am happy to answer any questions you might have in your therapy search and can also offer free initial phone consultations. I work from a holistic perspective, valuing the importance of physical, spiritual, relational and emotional health as all a part of wellbeing. Our sessions will be tailored to you and may include aspects of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-focused, narrative based, somatic and trauma-informed care.
