Welcome! My name is Jen and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have over 15 years of experience in a variety of mental health settings. I currently provide individual therapy to adults who may be experiencing anxiety, OCD, and struggles with the daily stresses of life. I particularly, enjoy helping navigating the ins and outs of parenting, life transitions, and supporting women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. I believe in that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of treatment and will spend a lot of time developing that relationship. In order to ensure I am a good fit for you I want to share a few more things about me. I am passionate about social justice and equity and believe that systems strongly impact who and how we are, I believe all individuals possess the capacity for change, I am fairly laid back and try to ensure a relaxed experience for my clients, and I enjoy using humor in sessions (when appropriate).
