Jennifer Roy-Pogutter, PhD

Hi, my name is Jennifer, but you may call me Jenni. I am the CEO and Clinical Director of Roy Psychological Services, Inc. I am a licensed psychologist in California (PSY29544) specializing in forensic and clinical psychological evaluations. I also specialize in the treatment of trauma and trauma related disorders. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders. I completed my doctorate in Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University-California School of Forensic Studies, in Fresno, California. Additionally, I hold a master's degree in forensic psychology from Alliant International. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University, Fresno. I began my career in 2008 working with adolescents and elementary aged children assessing for learning disorders. I worked with adolescents in the juvenile justice system for several years providing individual and group therapies as well as the collection of data for various research projects. I have a significant history of working with the correctional population as well during their reintegration into society. I have an extensive history working with substance abuse patients from all walks of life. Additionally, I am very passionate about and have an extensive history working with veterans and first responders in all fields emphasizing on officers from all departments and fire/emergency medical personnel. My relationship with veterans and police officers was a driving force in me going into the field of psychology. I’m currently working with children and adolescents doing individual therapy and assessment for various psychological diagnoses/disorders. I am currently specializing in ADHD and trauma related disorders. My practice also focuses on the psychological evaluations and assessments of all ages for multiple conditions and diagnoses. My practice focuses on evaluations for medical providers, the courts, workman's compensation and private party requests.
