Throughout my 11 years as a social worker I have worked with people in hospitals, clinics and local community health centers. I have had my own private practice for 6 years and I am an adjunct professor at a local college. Today in my private practice I am dedicated to supporting adults seeking individual therapy in a holistic, safe and trauma-informed environment. My specialties include the impact of trauma and adversity, gender-based experiences, and adjusting to young adulthood. My clinical approach is based in training in EMDR (Level 1) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 2). I am a person-centered clinician who is flexible and transparent, and values levity in our work together. As you approach your therapeutic journey I believe you are the expert on yourself and with my training, together, we can focus on your goals to move towards healing and wellness. Reaching out is an important first step. I look forward to speaking with you about what brings you to therapy at this time.
