I am a registered mental health intern. I work with children, teens and adults experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, difficulty with time-management, family conflict, and relationship issues. I am an advocate for mental health and community service. Upon graduating from Rollins College, I then served with at-risk youth in an urban setting creating a long-lasting impact as a tutor and mentor with City Year. I have achieved my Masters degree with the hopes of assisting others who are willing to take the first step and seek counseling. I believe I can make a positive impact in the lives of others with my enthusiasm, drive, and compassion. Counseling can be for anyone regardless of the circumstances. No matter what you are going through, remember you are important and you can take the next step to seek help. No problem is too big or too small and it is never too late to seek counseling.
