Introduction

You have so much strength in yourself! Seeing a person regain the light back in their eyes who has gone through the aftermath of a devastating life change such as the death of a loved one, a change into a caregiver role, divorce, watching their children leave the home, or receiving a terminal diagnosis is thrilling and the reason why I chose to start this practice. You can heal again and find meaning in getting up in the morning and going through another day. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, peaceful place to come and find healing, and comfort. I believe in change, and have experience working with individuals dealing with grief over new terminal/life limiting diagnosis, death, caregiver stress, depression and grief over life's transitions.
