Introduction

Jennifer Perkins, MSW, LSW, MFTC is the owner and therapist of Jensaly Therapy, LLC. Jennifer obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from SUNY Brockport, Master in Education from St. John Fisher College, Master of Social Work Degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and Marriage and Family Therapy Certificate from Denver Family Institute. I grew up in Oklahoma, lived in San Diego, and then Western NY before making Colorado my home eight years ago. Some of my previous employment experiences include serving in the Navy, educating as a Preschool teacher and Director in Early Childhood Education then as an elementary teacher, and assessing and training as an inspector of home daycares and after school programs. After many years exploring these professions and having some of my own challenging life experiences, I felt a calling to help others by becoming a therapist. I currently provide individual, family and group services as a school-based therapist in an elementary school as well as providing individual, family, and couples therapy in private practice. My practice is centered around person-centered, strengths-based, and family systems approaches, specializing in supporting youth, adolescents, families, and couples. I believe in the power of every individual and family system to navigate challenges and thrive through resilience and healthy communication. I am passionate about working with youth and adolescents, supporting them through the unique challenges they face and empowering them to build resilience. And, with a focus on family systems theory, I help families and couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster deeper connections. My therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their strengths, address concerns, and achieve their goals. Whether you're dealing with transitions, relationship issues, or personal growth, I am dedicated to guiding you through your journey with empathy and understanding. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I am happy you are here, and looking forward to collaborating with you while providing a safe place for healing and growth. OFFICE LOCATION: 3600 S.
