I am a licensed, trauma-informed mental health counselor who has 13+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My specialty areas include: grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting/family difficulties, or similar struggles that may disrupt a person’s ability to function as they would like on a daily basis.
