Introduction

My mission as your therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for processing, goal setting and skills development to help achieve goals. Our sessions will be a safe space to process out loud to gain clarity and healing. We will explore the areas you would like to improve and set attainable goals to reach them. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, guilt/shame, moving forward from past trauma or grief I can help connect you to the tools that will help you heal. You can heal and find balance again. It would be my privilege to walk this journey with you. Please reach out to me today to get started.
