Introduction

No matter what may have happened to you or what you are currently experiencing, you deserve the support needed to overcome your challenges and find relief. You don’t need to have the answers, just a readiness for collaboration and change. Healing and growth can happen when you feel safe and supported. My role is to stand alongside you as we collaborate to find effective solutions tailored to your needs. I am dedicated to helping individuals cope with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and parenting issues. I create a safe and respectful environment where you can explore your experiences. Together, we will find solutions that align with your values. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help safely reprocess troubling experiences, along with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
