I strive to create a non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative space for my clients. I think that everyone deserves to have a relationship with themselves that promotes a life that is fulfilling both physically and mentally. I hold space that allows people to be their own healers and create a life worth living. I have several years of experience working with complex diagnoses and marginalized populations. I am passionate about working with issues related to women’s health and parenting. I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, substance use disorder, eating disorders, self esteem, body image, perinatal mental health, and parenting.
