Introduction

Are you: Feeling burned out at work and/or home? Taking care of everyone but yourself? Sensing that something is holding you back? In the midst of or seeking a life change? Feeling unsatisfied, unsupported, and on edge? Is there an aspect of your identity or past that you want or need to explore? You might have an idea of where you want to be in life, but feel like you’ve gotten sidetracked and don’t know how to get to the life that you want. It might look like you have it all together on the outside and you are functioning well but feel like you are falling apart on the inside. Maybe fear is holding you back, you need encouragement finding what it is you really want, or you need some support while navigating a painful or oppressive situation. Together, we can delve into your story, discover what you value most, find meaning and purpose in your life goals, and better explore what is getting in the way of you living the life you want. If stress, anxiety, unhelpful thoughts, patterns, or painful memories are holding you back, I will teach you how to find peace with your thoughts, ease your fears, create new patterns and healthier coping strategies, and start learning how to be kind to yourself. As a licensed psychologist and certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, I enjoy supporting people making positive changes in their life, coping with difficult situations with caring and compassion, and better understanding and affirming themselves. Everyone faces challenges. Seeking support and care through life’s difficulties is a sign of strength and together we can find fulfillment and purpose. Reach out today for a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
