Introduction

Is your pregnancy or postpartum experience different than you had hoped? Are you feeling out of sorts, down or anxious? Are you feeling isolated or overwhelmed in your parenting journey? You are not alone and there is help. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe and understood. I specialize in maternal mental health that addresses pregnancy/postpartum care, trauma, adoption and parenting. I have over a decade of experience supporting people during transitions, in their relationships and during loss. I am trained in perinatal mental health and have an endorsement in infant/early childhood mental health. I often collaborate with parents around behavioral/social/emotional concerns for their children during early childhood. I’d be honored to talk to you further and answer any questions you might have.
