Introduction

Welcome and congratulations on taking the first steps toward a healthier you! I have a master's degree in Counseling (2006) and am a Licensed Marriage, Family & Child Therapist in California. I have spent time throughout my 18 year career working with individuals, families and children who are seeking support for life's journey. I have experience working with those who have experienced trauma and abuse, serious illness, grief and loss, relationships/marriage concerns and life adjustments. I'm also currently providing counseling to active duty military and their families. When we connect, I want to ensure you receive all of the support you are seeking. Services are provided through 1-1 telehealth video sessions using a HIPAA compliant platform. Those sessions are available Monday through Thursday in the evenings and Sunday mornings. My counseling style involves working with you to create goals, reach insight and provide tools to enhance your therapy experience. The focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. I will be primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused therapy in our sessions, interspersed with a variety of other techniques. It will involve work on your part, but if we both put in the effort and time it will be a fruitful experience!
