Introduction

Hey there! I must say that you taking this first step to locate a therapist is half the battle. Just gotta keep it moving... As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I've worked with people going through all kinds of tough stuff, from dealing with addiction to coping with anxiety and depression. My experience includes working in addiction treatment centers and crisis residential facilities, so I've seen a lot and I'm ready to help you tackle whatever you're facing. I take a harm reduction approach to my work, which means that my goal is to meet you where you're at and help you make positive changes, no matter how big or small. I understand that everyone's journey is different, and I won't push you to do anything that you're not ready for. Instead, we'll work together to identify practical, achievable goals that can help you reduce the harm caused by your substance use or other problematic behaviors. I know that sometimes it can be tough to open up to someone you don't know, and that's totally normal. But I want you to know that I'm here to help and support you, no matter what you're going through. My approach is all about creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and concerns. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and healing, and I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their unique needs and goals. We'll work together to figure out what's been holding you back and come up with practical strategies to help you move forward. Whether that means learning new coping skills, exploring your emotions, or developing more positive relationships, I'm here to help you achieve your goals. I'm all about giving you the tools you need to manage your emotions and feel more confident in your relationships. So, if you're feeling confused, angry, defeated, or alone on this journey called life, don't hesitate to reach out. Together, we'll work to help you feel more empowered and confident in your life. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just looking to learn more about yourself, I'm here to help. Let's get started on this journey together! __________________________
