Welcome to my holistic psychotherapy practice where the focus is the integration of the relationship between the mental, emotional, physical, and energetic body to promote full healing of the body. Our work together is a combination of present moment focus using body based and mindfulness techniques along with developing an understanding of your past to understand how to navigate present day challenges. I use the following modalities such as Brainspotting, Emotion Code/Body Code and other Mind-Body therapies that support the body's innate wisdom to heal itself. The goal is to shift one out of a state of deregulation or imbalance into state of regulation and balance. The old patterns, cycles, self-limiting beliefs, attitudes, and habits are the keys that have been blocking you from living your best self. It is by getting to those deeper core emotional issues that reside in the Brain's subconscious as well as those that are hidden in the body that create lasting healing.
