Introduction

I have dedicated my life to serving others and learning about mental health wellness. I provide a safe space of comfort and acceptance while working on mental health issues and healing trauma. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my practice will focus on designing a treatment plan that best fits your needs. I rely heavily on CBT and Trauma Focused Therapy, and I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidenced based practice of eye movement therapy to treat trauma and other issues.
