Introduction
Often, when we come to therapy we don't realize old trauma is the source of why we are feeling stuck, depressed or anxious. We realize we have patterns that are unhealthy or unproductive but can't seem to choose differently. I specialize in trauma informed care and understand how to work with clients to attain a fuller life. I specialize developmental, transitional and existential issues challenging adolescents, adults, and parents. My style is both reflective, giving wide space to client process and lightly directive. While deeply a serious person, my language is play and humor. I love my family, two Saint Berdoodles, gardening, exploring cultures different from my own.
