Jennifer Landry

PsyD Walnut Creek Psychology
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Life Transitions,

Introduction

I have over ten years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships to build self-awareness, strengthen their sense of self, and improve overall well-being. I also support individuals struggling with low self-esteem and imposter syndrome, helping them quiet self-doubt, recognize their strengths, and show up more confidently in their lives and relationships.
