"I believe that everyone's journey to healing is different. It's my goal to develop a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel seen and understood, and to explore what changes may offer a reduction in distress, and improvement in functioning and quality of life. I value each clients personal strengths and help them build upon skills and insights they already have to find their path to healing."
