I work with individuals, couples, and families, and specialize in life transitions, chronic-stress management, and relationship issues. I utilize a client-centered approach, which is collaborative, genuine, and non-judgmental. My goal is to help empower clients to deepen their understanding and awareness of self, facilitate personal growth, build and maintain healthier interpersonal relationships, and overcome emotional and mental obstacles.
