Studying counseling at Denver Seminary and the health sciences at the University of Montana, I use an integrative approach to healing. I utilize a variety of techniques, including but not limited to: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Somatic work, Gestalt therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. When appropriate, these work to address the psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of the person. I have passed the National Board for Certified Counselors and have my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My focus is on working to regulate the emotional system, considering and working through ineffective patterns and beliefs, transforming behaviors and living free.
