Introduction

I am a licensed and board-certified Clinical Health Psychologist and have been practicing for over a decade. I provide therapy for individuals who want to deepen their self-understanding, improve their relationships, and cultivate resilience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or the emotional challenges of chronic pain or illness, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and others in meaningful ways. My approach is both relational and evidence-based. I believe healing happens in the context of connection—both in therapy and in your broader life. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and relationship patterns shape the way you think, feel, and engage with the world. At the same time, I integrate research-supported therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and the Unified Protocol, to help you develop practical skills for lasting change. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore challenges with curiosity and self-compassion. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
