Introduction

Seeking counseling therapy takes courage, willingness to invite change, exploring difficulties, and learning new strategies. We will work together to learn healthy coping skills, to assist you in navigating challenges faced throughout life's journey. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, thoughts of self-doubt, negative beliefs, trauma, or post-traumatic stress disorder counseling therapy will provide you a safe space to talk. Our goal is to ensure you feel safe, supported, and empowered to manage whatever comes your way. At Ladder Counseling & Wellness, we use a neurobiopsychosocial lens (looking at the whole person) as we work with clients to promote a healthy life balance. We will work toward building a collaborative alliance, with the goal of developing a toolbox of healthy coping skills. Our psychotherapists are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-informed, EMDR and Sensorimotor approaches. Our clinicians have experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and complex post traumatic stress disorder. We also work with first responders (including LEO, EMT and Firefighters) and military members, spouses, and children. It is our goal, to establish a therapeutic alliance where you feel safe, understood, and supported. "Don't let yesterday take up too much of today."
