Introduction

I enjoy working with adults, as well as children and teens, in order to reduce symptoms and improve relationships. My approach works well with those struggling with anger and irritability, withdrawal and isolation, low self-esteem, and excessive worry. I also offer support to those struggling with all stages of parenting from infertility to postpartum to empty nesters, and all of the transitions in between. Whether you're experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, or having difficulty managing your emotions or relationships, my goal is to support you in identifying connections and increasing your understanding. Understanding of: self, others, and how your past experiences might still be impacting your present. Together in a safe, non-judgmental space, we will explore and develop your goals and take steps together to help you reach them. Whatever the path that led you here, let's connect and see if we are a good fit to work together.
